Getting There

Walking
From the main plaza in Copacabana, head south towards Avenida 6 de Agosto. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle 3. Turn left onto Calle 3 and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass local shops and cafes along the way. Continue walking until you reach the end of Calle 3, then turn right onto Avenida 2 de Febrero. Follow this road for approximately 15 minutes until you see signs directing you to Aramu Muru. The site will be on your left, just before you reach Marcollo.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle at one of the rental shops near the plaza. Start by heading south on Avenida 6 de Agosto and merge onto Calle 3. Continue on Calle 3 for about 10 minutes, then turn right onto Avenida 2 de Febrero. It’s about a 25-minute ride from the plaza to Aramu Muru. Be cautious of the traffic and keep an eye out for the signs indicating the archaeological site.

While you are in Copacabana, you can easily find a local taxi by going to the main plaza. Ask the driver to take you to Aramu Muru, which is approximately 30 minutes away. Make sure to confirm the fare before getting in. The taxi will take you directly to the entrance of the site.
