Bus
From the city center (Plaza Murillo), head to the nearby bus terminal called 'Terminal de Buses'. You can take a bus heading towards 'El Alto' and ask the driver to drop you off at the stop for 'Laguna Charquini'. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive, follow the signs leading to the hiking area, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.
Taxi
You can hail a taxi from anywhere in the city. Show the driver the address 'MVWQ+VWW, Ntra. Sra. de, La Paz' or simply say 'Laguna Charquini'. The taxi ride will take around 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting the ride.
Walking
If you are staying near the city center and enjoy walking, head towards Avenida Mariscal Santa Cruz and follow it until you reach Plaza San Francisco. From there, take Avenida 6 de Agosto towards the north. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Arce. Turn left and follow it until you reach the bus terminal. From there, you can catch a bus to Laguna Charquini.
