Walking
If you're starting from the Plaza Murillo, head north on Avenida Mariscal Santa Cruz for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida 16 de Julio. Turn left onto Avenida 16 de Julio and continue walking for another 10 minutes. You will pass the Mercado Lanza on your left. Keep walking straight until you reach the Plaza del Estadio, then turn right onto Avenida Ecuador. Continue for about 5 minutes until you see a sign for Mirador Laikakota on your left. Follow the path up to the observation deck.

From the Plaza San Francisco, take a minibus that is heading to 'El Alto' or 'La Ceja.' You can catch one from the nearby terminal located on Calle Santa Cruz. Once on the minibus, inform the driver that you want to get off at 'Laikakota.' The ride takes approximately 20 minutes.
