If you're starting from the Plaza Murillo, head east on Calle Comercio until you reach Calle Ayacucho. Turn left onto Calle Ayacucho and continue until you reach the intersection with Avenida 16 de Julio. Cross Avenida 16 de Julio and keep walking straight until you reach Calle Colombia. Turn right onto Calle Colombia, and Iglesia de San Pedro will be on your left.

From Plaza Murillo, walk to the nearest minibus stop on Avenida 16 de Julio. Look for a minibus heading towards El Alto (look for signs saying 'El Alto' or 'Estadio') and board it. After about 10 minutes, ask the driver to let you off at the stop for Calle Colombia. From there, walk a short distance down Calle Colombia and you will find Iglesia de San Pedro on your left.

Hail a taxi from anywhere in La Paz. Make sure to agree on the fare beforehand or ensure the meter is running. Tell the driver you want to go to 'Iglesia de San Pedro' on Calle Colombia.
