Public Bus
From central La Paz, head to the 'Calle 16 de Julio' bus terminal. Look for buses heading towards 'El Alto' or simply ask locals for 'Mirador Tupac Katari'. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride, which should take about 30 minutes. Once you reach the stop near 'Pico de Oro', get off. From there, you can ask locals for the direction to Mirador Tupac Katari, which is a short 10-minute walk uphill.

Teleférico (Cable Car)
Make your way to the nearest Teleférico station, either 'Rojo' or 'Verde'. If you start from the 'San Francisco' area, take the 'Rojo' line towards 'El Alto'. Disembark at the 'El Alto' station, then transfer to the 'Verde' line heading towards 'La Paz'. Get off at the 'Pico de Oro' station. After exiting the station, walk uphill for about 10 minutes, and you will reach Mirador Tupac Katari.
