Minibus
From the center of La Paz, head to the main bus terminal, known as 'Terminal de Buses'. Look for minibuses heading towards Coroico or the Yungas region. Make sure to ask the driver if they stop at N Yungas Rd, as not all drivers might know the exact stop. The fare is typically around 10-15 Bolivianos. Once on the minibus, enjoy the scenic ride through the mountainous terrain until you reach a stop near N Yungas Rd.
Taxi
You can hail a taxi from anywhere in La Paz. To ensure you reach N Yungas Rd, clearly communicate with the driver that your destination is 'N Yungas Rd'. Taxis in La Paz do not use meters, so it is advisable to agree on the fare beforehand. The fare should range from 30 to 50 Bolivianos, depending on your starting location. Make sure to have some small change for payment as well.
Walking
If you are staying near the Plaza Murillo, you can walk towards Avenida Mariscal Santa Cruz. From there, head to the main bus terminal (Terminal de Buses) on Avenida 6 de Agosto. The walk should take you about 20-30 minutes. Once you reach the terminal, you can take a minibus as described above.
