Turn left and walk along the avenue for about 10 minutes until you reach Plaza Murillo. The plaza will be on your right. Look for the large buildings surrounding the plaza, including the Presidential Palace.

    From Plaza San Francisco, take any minibus heading towards El Alto (look for a sign that says 'El Alto' on the front of the bus). Get off at the stop near Plaza Murillo, which is approximately a 15-minute ride. Once you get off, walk towards the large square, and you will see Plaza Murillo ahead of you.
