Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Plaza Mayor, walk east along Calle Comercio until you reach Avenida Mariscal Santa Cruz. Turn left (north) onto Avenida Mariscal Santa Cruz and continue for about 10 minutes until you reach Plaza del Estudiante. From there, head southeast onto Calle Cañada Strongest, which will lead you directly to Sucre Square, located at the intersection with Calle 20 de Octubre.

    If you are coming from the San Francisco Church, start by heading south along Calle Sagárnaga. Continue straight until you reach Avenida Mariscal Santa Cruz and turn right (west). Walk for about 15 minutes, passing through Plaza del Estudiante. Once you reach the intersection with Calle Cañada Strongest, turn left, and Sucre Square will be just a short walk ahead.
