If you are starting from Plaza Murillo, head east on Calle Comercio until you reach the intersection with Avenida Mariscal Santa Cruz. Turn right onto Avenida Mariscal Santa Cruz and continue straight until you reach Plaza San Francisco. From Plaza San Francisco, take Calle Landaeta, which leads into Calle Jaén. Continue walking on Calle Jaén, and after a few minutes, you will find Casa de Murillo at Jaén 790 on your left.
