If you are starting from Plaza Murillo, head east on Calle Comercio until you reach the intersection with Avenida Mariscal Santa Cruz. Turn right onto Avenida Mariscal Santa Cruz and continue straight until you reach Plaza San Francisco. From Plaza San Francisco, take Calle Landaeta, which leads into Calle Jaén. Continue walking on Calle Jaén, and after a few minutes, you will find Casa de Murillo at Jaén 790 on your left.

From Plaza Murillo, walk to the nearest minibus stop along Avenida Mariscal Santa Cruz. Take a minibus heading towards El Alto that stops at Calle 16 de Julio. Get off at the stop near Plaza San Francisco. Once you arrive, walk down Calle Landaeta into Calle Jaén, and Casa de Murillo will be located at Jaén 790 on your left after a short walk.
