Follow Avenida Costanera to the port. Once you arrive at the port, locate the ticket office for the boats heading to Amantaní Island. The drive should take about 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
Public Transportation (Bus/Taxi to Port)
From your accommodation in Puno, take a taxi or a local bus to the port area. Taxis are readily available and should cost around 10-15 PEN (Peruvian Soles). Ensure you purchase your ticket in advance as these can sometimes sell out, especially during peak tourist seasons.
