From the main square (Plaza 10 de Noviembre) in Potosi, head south on Calle Ayacucho until you reach the intersection with Calle Junín. Turn left onto Calle Junín and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Avenida Daniel Campos. Turn right onto Avenida Daniel Campos and continue straight for about 5 blocks. You will see the Museo Pedro de Osma on your left.
