From the main square in Potosi, Plaza 10 de Noviembre, head south on Avenida 6 de Octubre. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers, passing by various shops and eateries. Once you reach the intersection with Avenida Simón Bolívar, turn left. Walk for another 1 kilometer until you reach the bus terminal (Terminal de Buses) in Potosi. Here, you can find buses heading to Uyuni. Purchase a ticket to Uyuni, which should take about 6-7 hours. The bus will likely drop you off at the Uyuni bus station.
