Marcelo Quiroga Santa Cruz. Turn right onto Av. Marcelo Quiroga Santa Cruz and follow it until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Av. Libertador Simón Bolívar. Continue on this road for about 2 km, and then turn left onto F779. You will see Sucre Plaza on your right.
