Car
If you're traveling by car, start your journey from the central area of Tarija. Head northwest on Av. 15 de Abril and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Av. Marcelo Quiroga Santa Cruz. Turn right onto Av. Marcelo Quiroga Santa Cruz and follow it until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Av. Libertador Simón Bolívar. Continue on this road for about 2 km, and then turn left onto F779. You will see Sucre Plaza on your right. There are parking options available nearby, but be prepared to pay a small fee, usually around 5-10 BOB.
Public Transportation
For public transportation, you can take a local bus or 'trufi' (a shared taxi) from various points in Tarija. Look for buses heading towards the city center or specifically marked for Sucre Plaza. The fare is generally around 2 BOB. If taking a trufi, they operate on fixed routes, and you can catch one at designated stops or by waving one down. Let the driver know you're going to Sucre Plaza. The journey should take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
Walking
If you are staying near the city center, Sucre Plaza is within walking distance. From the Plaza Luis de la Fuente, head south on Calle Potosí until you reach Av. 15 de Abril. Turn right and continue walking until you reach the intersection with F779. Turn left on F779, and you will find Sucre Plaza a short walk ahead on your right. This walk should take around 20-30 minutes.
