If you are starting from the central plaza (Plaza 24 de Septiembre), head south on Calle Santa Cruz. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Potosí. Turn right onto Avenida Potosí and walk until you reach the next major intersection with Calle Ingavi. Turn left onto Calle Ingavi and continue walking for about 5 minutes. Casa Dorada will be on your left at Ingavi 0370.

Board any bus heading towards the southern neighborhoods (look for signs that indicate 'Zona Sur' or 'Calle Ingavi'). After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop at Calle Ingavi. Once off, walk about 2 blocks back north on Calle Ingavi, and you will find Casa Dorada at Ingavi 0370 on your left.
