If you're starting from the Tarija Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and head southeast on Avenida 6 de Agosto. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Calle La Paz. Turn left onto Calle La Paz and walk for another 500 meters. You will see the Main Plaza Tarija on your right, near the intersection with Calle Sucre. The plaza is a central location and hard to miss.

From the Plaza Luis de la Fuente, which is approximately 700 meters away, head northwest on Avenida 6 de Agosto. Continue for about 300 meters until you reach Calle La Paz, then turn right. Walk straight for about 400 meters, and you will find Main Plaza Tarija on your left.
