From the plaza, head southeast on Calle General Trigo for about 250 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenida Potosi. Turn left onto Avenida Potosi and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. When you reach the intersection with Avenida Victor Paz Estensoro, turn right. Continue for about 500 meters, and Changuitos Park will be on your left at Avenida Victor Paz Estensoro 762.

From Plaza 24 de Septiembre, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenida Potosi. Take a local bus heading towards the 'Mercado Central'. After approximately 5 minutes, get off at the stop near the intersection of Avenida Potosi and Avenida Victor Paz Estensoro. From there, walk 500 meters north on Avenida Victor Paz Estensoro, and you will find Changuitos Park on your left side at Avenida Victor Paz Estensoro 762.
