Walking
From the central plaza of Tarija, head south on Calle 15 de Abril. After approximately 500 meters, you will reach the intersection with Avenida San Martin. Turn left onto Avenida San Martin and continue for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout at Plaza 24 de Septiembre. From the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida La Paz. Continue straight for another 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for local signage that will direct you towards the hill. As you approach the base of the hill, look for a pathway on your right leading upwards. Follow this path for about 10 minutes until you reach the Mirador de los Suenos. Enjoy the scenic views!
Public Transport
From the central plaza, take a local bus heading towards San Lorenzo. The bus stop is located near the Plaza 24 de Septiembre. Get on the bus and pay the fare (usually around 2 Bolivianos). After approximately 15 minutes, ask the driver to let you off at the stop for 'Mirador'. From the bus stop, walk up the pathway leading to the observation deck. It should take you about 10 minutes to reach the Mirador de los Suenos from the bus stop.
Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops near the central plaza. Once you have your bike, head south on Calle 15 de Abril towards Avenida San Martin. Turn left onto Avenida San Martin and follow the road towards the roundabout at Plaza 24 de Septiembre. Take the second exit onto Avenida La Paz and continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for a pathway leading up to the hill on your right. Park your bicycle at the base and walk up the remaining path to the Mirador de los Suenos, which will take about 10 minutes.
