Walking
From the central plaza (Plaza Luis de Fuentes y Vargas) in Tarija, head south on Calle Sucre. Continue straight for about 10 blocks until you reach the intersection with Avenida 6 de Agosto. Turn right onto Avenida 6 de Agosto and walk for approximately 7 blocks until you reach Calle Bolivar. Turn left onto Calle Bolivar and walk straight for about 3 blocks. From the central plaza (Plaza Luis de Fuentes y Vargas), take any local micro (minibus) heading towards the 'Bolivar' area. Make sure to ask the driver if they go to 'Bolivar', as some may not. Once you board, ride for around 15 minutes until you reach the stop nearest to Calle Bolivar. Disembark and walk straight for 2 blocks until you reach Castillo Azul Moises Navajas, which will be on your left at F78F+66F, Bolivar, Tarija.
