Car
If you are driving from La Paz, take the Yungas Road (also known as the Death Road) towards Coroico. The drive will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. Once you reach Coroico, continue on the main road until you see the signs for Camino a Incahuara. Turn onto Camino a Incahuara and follow the road for about 10 km until you reach Awa Rafting, which is located at the coordinates X9VG+7H8.
Public Transportation
To reach Awa Rafting using public transportation, head to the nearby bus terminal in La Paz and look for buses heading to Coroico. The bus ride will take around 3 hours and cost approximately 30 BOB (Bolivian Bolivianos). Once in Coroico, you can either take a taxi (about 50 BOB) or look for shared taxis that can take you to Camino a Incahuara, directly to Awa Rafting. Make sure to confirm the exact drop-off point with the driver.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from La Paz to Awa Rafting. This option will cost significantly more, ranging from 400 to 600 BOB, depending on negotiation and the taxi service. The journey will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Ensure the driver knows the location 'X9VG+7H8, Camino a Incahuara, Coroico' to avoid any confusion.
