Continue on the M20 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Sarajevo. Once you arrive in Sarajevo, follow the signs for 'Ilidža' and then 'Sarajevo Viewpoint.' You will take the exit towards the RFR3+P92 area. There is parking available near the viewpoint.
