Starting from the main bus station in Jajce, take a local bus heading towards the city center. Once you reach the city center, get off at the Trg Mladih stop. From there, walk north on Trg Mladih towards Ulica 1, then turn left onto Ulica 1. Walk straight for about 400 meters until you reach Drugog zasjedanja AVNOJ-a, turn right, and walk about 200 meters.
