If driving from Jablanica, head north on the M17 highway. Follow the signs for Lake Jablanica. After several kilometers, turn onto a local road leading directly to the lake. There is no parking fee, but arrive early during peak season. Parking is available near the lake. Driving from Sarajevo, take the E73 highway south towards Jablanica. Exit onto the M17 and follow the signs to the lake. The drive is approximately 1.5 hours. Driving from Mostar, take the M17 highway north towards Jablanica. Follow the signs to the lake. The drive is less than an hour. Note: Parking is free.

To reach Lake Jablanica via public transport, take a bus from Jablanica to Ostrožac. Buses depart from Jablanica bus station every few hours. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes. From Ostrožac, the lake is a short walk away. Alternatively, take a bus from Mostar or Sarajevo to Jablanica. From Jablanica, take a taxi to the lake. The taxi ride costs approximately 10-15 BAM and takes 15-20 minutes. Bus fare from Jablanica to Ostrožac: Approximately 2-3 BAM. Taxi fare from Jablanica to Lake Jablanica: 10-15 BAM.
