To reach the National Gallery using public transport, take a bus to the city center. Bus lines that run frequently include 31E, 33, and 36. You can catch these buses from various locations around Sarajevo. Once in the city center, disembark at the 'Bascarsija' stop. From there, it’s a short walk to Zelenih beretki street. Head towards Zelenih beretki, and the gallery will be on your left at number 8. Bus tickets cost around 1.80 BAM.

Alternatively, you can take a tram to reach the National Gallery. Tram lines 1 or 3 will take you to the city center. Get off at the 'Marijin Dvor' stop. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the gallery. Head northwest towards the intersection of Marijin Dvor and Zelenih beretki. The National Gallery will be at Zelenih beretki 8. Tram tickets cost about 1.60 BAM.
