If you are starting from Baščaršija, the old bazaar area in Sarajevo, head east on Sarači towards the Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque. After visiting the mosque, continue walking straight on to the Ferhadija Street. Walk along Ferhadija until you reach the Marijin Dvor area. At the intersection with Trg Fra Grge Martića, turn left. Sacred Heart Cathedral will be on your right at Trg Fra Grge Martića 2.

From the main bus station (Autobuska stanica), take tram line 3 towards 'Bistrik'. Get off at the 'Trg Fra Grge Martića' stop. When you exit the tram, walk a short distance to your right, and you will see Sacred Heart Cathedral located at Trg Fra Grge Martića 2.
