From the main square in Baščaršija, head east on Ferhadija Street towards the Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque. After about 300 meters, you will reach a small intersection. Turn left onto Zelenih beretki Street. Continue walking for about 150 meters, and you will find the Archduke Ferdinand Memorial on your right, just before the intersection with Mula Mustafe Bašeskije Street.

Public Transport (Tram/Bus)
If you're near the tram stop at Baščaršija, you can take tram number 3 towards Ilidža. Get off at the next stop, which is 'Trg Austrije'. From there, walk back towards Zelenih beretki Street, which is about a 10-minute walk. The Archduke Ferdinand Memorial will be on your left after about 200 meters.
