    If you are in the heart of Baščaršija, start by heading towards the Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque, which is a prominent landmark. From the mosque, walk straight down the main street (Sarači) towards the southeast. Continue walking for about 5 minutes. You will pass various shops and cafes, immersing yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Baščaršija. After approximately 300 meters, you will see the 'Svaki grad ima čaršiju, samo Sarajevo Baščaršiju' sign on your left, just past the Sebilj fountain.

    While walking is the best way to enjoy Baščaršija, if you find yourself further away, you can take a tram to the nearest stop. The tram lines 1, 3, and 4 stop at 'Bascarsija' station. Simply board any of these trams that are heading towards the city center. The fare is around 1.60 BAM (Bosnian Convertible Mark), and you can purchase tickets from the ticket machines at the tram stops. Once you arrive at the 'Bascarsija' stop, follow the signs towards the main alleys of Baščaršija, and you’ll reach your destination within a short 5-minute walk.
