Getting There

Walking
Start at Baščaršija, the heart of Old Town Sarajevo. Head southwest along the main pedestrian street, Sarači. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Mula Mustafe Bašeskije. Turn left onto this street and walk uphill. You will pass several shops and cafes. After approximately 10 minutes of walking, you will reach a more steep section. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards the 'Viewpoint of Sarajevo'. Follow these signs, and in about 15 more minutes of uphill walking, you will arrive at the viewpoint.

Public Transportation (Tram + Walking)
From Baščaršija, walk to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Batarija'. Take tram number 3 towards 'Harmani'. The tram ride will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the last stop, 'Harmani'. From here, you will need to walk uphill. Follow the road up the hill, which will lead you to the viewpoint in approximately 15-20 minutes.
