From Trebinje's main square (Trg Slobode), head south on the main street (Harmija) towards the intersection with the street leading to the Trebišnjica River. Continue straight until you reach the bridge over the river. Cross the bridge, and then turn right onto the road leading towards the village of Busije. Follow the road as it curves and ascends slightly. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will see signs indicating the direction to the Temple of Saint Great Martyr George. Continue following these signs until you arrive at the temple, which will be on your left.

From Trebinje's main bus station, take a local bus heading towards the village of Busije. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Ask the bus driver to let you off at the closest stop to the Temple of Saint Great Martyr George. Once you disembark, walk back along the road for about 300 meters, and you will see the temple on your right side.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the city center and head towards the Trebišnjica River. Follow the river path south until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and turn right onto the road to Busije. The route is approximately 2 kilometers and is mostly flat. Keep an eye out for signs guiding you to the Temple of Saint Great Martyr George as you approach Busije, where the temple will be located on your left.
