Driving
From the Ngoma border post between Namibia and Botswana, Chobe River Camp is approximately 4km away. After crossing the border, follow the signposted road. A 4x4 vehicle is advisable due to the sandy gravel road. Some transfer services are available from the Ngoma border. Cost: If you are driving from the Ngoma border post, there are no additional costs.
Taxi/Transfer
Various transfer services operate from Katima Mulilo Airport (MPA) to Chobe River Camp, which is about 90km away. Pre-booking is recommended. Alternatively, you can arrange a taxi from Katima Mulilo, though this can be more expensive and less reliable. Cost: Airport transfers from Katima Mulilo typically cost around N$ 800 per person return. Taxi fares from Katima Mulilo can vary, but expect to pay upwards of N$500.
