    Boat

    The only access to Chobe Water Villas is via a boat transfer from Kasane, Botswana. Transfers from Kasane Airport (BBK) are typically included in the price of your stay. The boat ride is approximately 15 minutes and offers excellent opportunities for wildlife sightings, so keep your camera ready.

    Airport Transfer

    If arriving at Kasane Airport (BBK), a representative from Chobe Water Villas will meet you and transfer you to the boat launch. The road transfer from the airport to the launch site is short. The boat transfer then takes you across the Chobe River to the lodge in Namibia. Ensure your passport and visa requirements are met for both Botswana and Namibia.

    Nestled on the eastern tip of Namibia's Zambezi Region, also known as the Caprivi Strip, Chobe Water Villas is a boutique lodge offering an unparalleled experience of the African wilderness. Situated directly on the banks of the Chobe River, within the 150 km² Namibian Kasika Conservancy, the lodge provides unobstructed views of the renowned Chobe National Park and Sedudu Island. This location boasts one of the highest densities of wildlife in any river system globally, including elephants, lions, buffalo, hippos, crocodiles, and numerous antelope and bird species.The lodge features 16 exclusive water villas, each elevated on stilts to provide stunning 180-degree views of the Chobe River and National Park. The villas offer an open-plan lounge and bedroom area, complemented by a front terrace perfect for observing the surrounding wildlife and a rear terrace for enjoying breathtaking sunsets. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors connect the room to the front terrace, creating a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. The spacious bathrooms include a double vanity, separate bathtub, shower, and toilet.Guests can relax by the infinity pool and pool deck, which seamlessly flow from the main lodge building. The lodge also offers a restaurant with 36 seats, a cocktail bar and lounge, and a private library lounge with a complimentary all-day tea & coffee butler station. Two river-view conversation pits, each with an open camp fire, provide a cozy setting for evening relaxation. Activities include morning and afternoon Chobe River safari cruises, game drives, and fishing excursions.
