Walking

From the center of Kasane, Jackalberry Chobe is approximately 3.5km away. Walking is possible, but not recommended due to the presence of wildlife. Exercise caution and be aware of your surroundings. Consider using a taxi or arrange for a transfer with the lodge.

Taxi

Taxis are readily available in Kasane. A short taxi ride from the Kasane town center to Jackalberry Chobe will cost approximately 50-80 BWP. Agree on the fare before starting your journey. The ride takes about 5-10 minutes.

Airport Shuttle

Jackalberry Chobe offers a complimentary airport shuttle service for its guests. Upon arrival at Kasane International Airport (BBK), a lodge representative will meet you and transfer you to the camp. Arrange this service in advance with the lodge.

Jackalberry Chobe is a luxury tented camp offering an exclusive and intimate safari experience on the banks of the Chobe River in Kasane, Botswana. As the first lodge of its kind in the Chobe region, it combines luxurious accommodations with the untamed beauty of the African bush.The lodge features 16 luxury tents, accommodating a maximum of 32 guests, ensuring a personalized and tranquil stay. Each tent is designed with comfort in mind, offering a choice of river view, partial river view, or bushveld view. The tents boast king-size beds (convertible to twins), private balconies, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and en-suite bathrooms with both a shower and a standalone claw bath.Guests can relax by the infinity pool overlooking the Chobe River, enjoy meals at the buffet restaurant with al fresco dining options, and unwind in the leisure lounge. The lodge also offers a range of activities, including game drives and boat cruises in Chobe National Park, allowing visitors to experience the area's spectacular wildlife. Its location is conveniently close to Kasane Airport and the town center. Jackalberry Chobe provides an authentic African safari experience with five-star service and exceptional facilities.
