Air
The most convenient way to reach the Pangolin Voyager is by flying into Kasane International Airport (BBK) in Botswana. From the airport, arrange a transfer to the Kasane Immigration Office located on the Botswana side of the Chobe River. Several transfer options are available, including private taxis (starting from $50) and shared shuttle buses (starting from $100 per person). The journey takes approximately 6 hours and 48 minutes. From the Kasane waterfront immigration, a transfer boat will collect you and take you through to Impalila Island for Namibian immigration formalities before boarding the houseboat.
Road
If arriving by road from within Botswana, proceed to Kasane. From Kasane, follow the signs to the Kazungula Ferry or the Kasane Immigration Office. After completing immigration formalities in Kasane, a transfer boat will take you to Impalila Island for Namibian immigration, before finally reaching the Pangolin Voyager. Taxis and Shuttles are available from various locations to Chobe River, prices vary based on the distance.
