Walking
If you are in the city center of Gaborone, start at the Gaborone Bus Station. Head southeast on Station Road toward the intersection with Kingsway Road. Turn left onto Kingsway Road and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. Look for signs or ask locals for directions to 'Regent Lodge'. Continue straight until you reach the T-junction with Botswana Road. Turn right onto Botswana Road, and after a short distance, you will see Regent Lodge on your right. Walking this distance will take approximately 15-20 minutes.

From the Gaborone Bus Station, take a local minibus taxi (known as a 'Kombi') heading towards the 'Molepolole' route. Inform the driver you are going to Regent Lodge. The fare is typically around 5-10 Pula. The taxi will drop you off at the nearest stop to Regent Lodge. From there, walk for about 10 minutes.
