Driving
Rhulani Safari Lodge is located within the Madikwe Game Reserve, approximately 4.5 hours drive from Johannesburg. From Johannesburg, take the N4 toll road through Rustenburg and Zeerust. In Zeerust, turn right onto the R49 towards Gaborone. Follow the R49 for approximately 97km to the Madikwe Game Reserve. Enter through Wonderboom Gate. Please note that there are unavoidable toll fees of approximately R120 on the N4. Upon arrival at the gate, you will need to pay a conservation fee. For self-drive visitors, the gate entrance fee is approximately R200 per adult and R100 per child aged 0-8 years, per stay. The Madikwe Guest Conservation Contribution is R450 per adult per night and R225 per child aged 0-12 years. The lodge is a short drive from the gate. Roads within the reserve are gravel, and the speed limit is 40km/h.

Air Shuttle
The most convenient way to reach Rhulani Safari Lodge is via a Federal Airlines air shuttle from O.R. Tambo International Airport (JNB) in Johannesburg. The flight takes approximately 1 hour. Upon arrival at the Madikwe airstrip, a representative from Rhulani Safari Lodge will transfer you to the lodge. Air shuttle flights are approximately R6,990 one way. In addition to the flight costs, there are flight entrance fees of R280 per adult and R180 per child aged 0-8 years.
