Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the center of Mahalapye, head south on the main street, which is called Station Road. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the A1 highway. At this intersection, turn left onto the A1 highway and walk for approximately 1 kilometer. You will pass various local shops and eateries along the way, which can be a great opportunity to grab a snack or drink. After 1 kilometer, look for a sign indicating Mahalapye Children’s Park on your right. The park entrance is marked by a small gate and is located at VRQM+HF9. Enter the park to enjoy its facilities.

• Bicycle

  Starting from Mahalapye's central square, take Station Road heading south. Continue pedaling for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the A1 highway. Turn left onto the A1 and cycle about 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for the Mahalapye Children’s Park sign on your right. The entrance is located at VRQM+HF9. The ride is mostly flat and should take you around 10-15 minutes.

• Local Transport (Walking + Taxi)

  From your location in Mahalapye, you can walk to the nearest taxi rank, which is usually situated near the central market. Once there, catch a local taxi heading towards the A1 highway. Tell the driver you want to go to Mahalapye Children’s Park. The journey should be quick, lasting about 5-10 minutes. After being dropped off near the park entrance at VRQM+HF9, walk through the gate to access the park.
