Car
From Nxai Pan National Park, head southwest on the main road (A20) towards Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. This journey is approximately 80 kilometers and takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Ensure you have enough fuel, as fuel stations are limited in this remote area. Follow the road signs indicating Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. Once you reach the park entrance, there may be a conservation fee to enter, so have cash ready (approximately 120 Pula for locals and 200 Pula for non-residents).

Public Transportation
If you're relying on public transportation, first take a taxi or shuttle from Nxai Pan to the nearest town, Maun, which is about 150 kilometers away. From Maun, you can catch a bus heading to Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. Ensure to confirm the bus schedule in advance; buses may not run daily. The bus fare will be around 300 Pula. Once you arrive near the park entrance, you may need to arrange a local taxi to cover the remaining distance to the park entrance.
