The Khama Rhino Sanctuary, located 25 kilometers north of Serowe, Botswana, is a community-based wildlife project dedicated to protecting rhinos and restoring the area's natural wildlife populations. Established in 1992, the sanctuary is home to both white and black rhinos, as well as over 30 other mammal species and more than 230 species of birds.

Driving
From Serowe, head north on the A14 towards Orapa. After approximately 25 kilometers (16 miles), you will find the Khama Rhino Sanctuary clearly signposted. The drive takes around 30 minutes. There is an entry fee payable at the gate, which contributes to the sanctuary's conservation efforts. As of 2023, entry fees are approximately 70 BWP per adult per day.
