Public Transport
From Gaborone city center, take a 'kombi' (minibus taxi) heading towards Broadhurst. These minibusses are a common and affordable mode of transport in Gaborone. Ask the driver to drop you off near the Gaborone Game Reserve on Game Reserve Road. From the drop-off point, it's a short walk to the reserve entrance. The kombi fare is typically around P5-P10.
Taxi/Ride-Sharing
Taxis and ride-hailing services like Gabz Ride, Mpitsa or Kolloi Botswana are readily available in Gaborone. A taxi ride from the city center to the Gaborone Game Reserve will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Expect to pay around P40-P60 for the ride.
Driving
From Gaborone city center, head east on A1, then turn onto Limpopo Drive. Continue onto Game Reserve Road. The Gaborone Game Reserve will be on your left. There is parking available at the entrance. A vehicle fee of P10 is charged upon entry.
