    If driving, start from Itaituba and head southeast on Av. Pedro Rodrigues until you reach the junction with BR-163. Merge onto BR-163 and follow it for approximately 120 kilometers. Look for signs indicating directions to Parque Nacional da Amazônia. The park entrance is located just off BR-163. Be prepared for potential fuel costs. Ensure you have a map or GPS device to guide you.

The park's rich biodiversity includes a wide array of mammals, reptiles, fish, and aquatic creatures, many of which are nocturnal. Endangered species such as the giant otter, Amazonian manatee, and giant anteater find refuge within its borders.Visitors can explore the park through guided tours and well-maintained trails, immersing themselves in the stunning natural surroundings.
