Rio Sucuri, located 19 km from Bonito in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, is a natural wonder renowned as one of the clearest rivers in the world. The river's name, meaning 'Anaconda River' in Portuguese, comes from its snake-like shape when viewed from above, not from the presence of anacondas in its waters.The main attraction is the floating or snorkeling experience, where visitors gently drift down the crystal-clear river, revealing a mesmerizing underwater world.
