From Bonito town center, drive north on Avenida Fernando Correia da Costa towards Rua 19 de Julho. Continue for 1 km until you reach Rodovia Bonito - Guia Lopes da Laguna (BR-267). Turn left onto BR-267 and continue for 7 km. The entrance to Natural Aquarium will be on your left; look for the sign indicating 'Aquário Natural'. Parking is included with the tour.

From Bonito's central bus station (Rodoviária de Bonito), take a local bus heading towards Guia Lopes da Laguna. Buses depart regularly, and the fare is approximately BRL 10. Inform the driver that you want to get off at 'Aquário Natural'. The journey takes around 20-30 minutes, followed by a short walk to the entrance.
