Public Transport
From Cuiabá, take a bus to Chapada dos Guimarães (approximately 1.5 hours). Upon arrival, hire a local taxi or use a ride-sharing app to reach the park entrance. Negotiate the fare beforehand. From the park entrance, follow the signs to Andorinhas Waterfall, which may involve a 2 km walk along a marked trail. Bus fare from Cuiabá to Chapada dos Guimarães is approximately R$15-R$25. Park entrance fee is about R$20.
Driving
From Chapada dos Guimarães town center, head southwest on Avenida 31 de Março, continuing onto MT-251. Follow the signs for Chapada dos Guimarães National Park. After entering the park, a dirt path leads to the parking area near the waterfall (about 6 km). Park entrance fee is approximately R$20 per person. Parking is generally available near the waterfall.
Taxi/Ride-Sharing
Take a taxi or ride-sharing service from Chapada dos Guimarães town center directly to Andorinhas Waterfall. Negotiate the fare beforehand, as prices can vary. The ride should take about 20 minutes. The cost is approximately R$30-R$50. Park entrance fee is about R$20.
