From Nobres city center, take MT-240 towards Bom Jardim. After approximately 30km (6km paved, 24km unpaved), look for signs for Duto do Quebó. The entrance will be on your right. Note that the road can be difficult, especially in the rainy season, and there is no cell service along the way. Parking is available on site. There are no tolls on this route. Car rentals are available in Cuiabá, with prices varying.

Take a bus from Cuiabá to Nobres. Buses run several times a day, and the journey takes approximately 2 hours. From the Nobres bus station, take a local taxi or rideshare service to Boia Cross Duto do Quebó, about a 15-minute drive. Negotiate the fare with the driver.
