From Chapada dos Guimarães, head southeast on MT-251 towards Cuiabá. After approximately 29 km, turn right onto MT-040 and continue for about 5 km until you see signs for Morro de São Jeronimo. The final part of the drive is along a dirt road, so ensure your vehicle is suitable. Parking is available near the base of the hiking trail. Parking is free.
