After entering the farm, continue 3 km on a dirt road to the parking area near the trailhead. From there, it's a 1 km hike to Cachoeira Almécegas I. The entrance fee to Fazenda São Bento, which includes access to Cachoeira Almécegas I, Almécegas II, and Cachoeira São Bento, is R$70 per person.

The entrance to the São Bento Farm is located 8 km from Alto Paraíso, towards Vila de São Jorge. From the farm entrance, it's 3 km on a dirt road followed by a 1 km walking trail to reach the waterfall. The trail is considered moderate, with some steep sections, and takes about 30-40 minutes to traverse. Along the way, a wooden platform offers panoramic views of the falls.Visitors can enjoy swimming in the refreshing pool at the base of the falls or explore the smaller natural pools atop the waterfall. The best time to visit is during the dry season, from May to September, when the weather is pleasant and the water is at its clearest. Besides the waterfall, Fazenda São Bento offers other attractions, including the Almécegas II waterfall and the São Bento waterfall, making it possible to visit all three in a single day.
