From the center of Alto Paraíso de Goiás, take the GO-118 road towards São Jorge. After approximately 30 km, you'll reach the village of São Jorge. From there, continue on the dirt road for about 9 km, following the signs for Couros Waterfalls. Be aware that the road may be bumpy and requires a vehicle with good clearance. There is no entrance fee for the waterfalls.

Take a bus from the main bus station in Alto Paraíso de Goiás to São Jorge. Buses run several times a day, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. The bus ticket costs around R$ 10-15. From São Jorge, you can either walk to the waterfalls (approximately 9 km) or hire a local guide or vehicle. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance for your return journey.

If you're already in São Jorge, you can hike to the Couros Waterfalls. The hike is approximately 9 km and takes around 2-3 hours depending on your pace.
