From Vila dos Remedios, the main town, take the Porto/Sueste line bus towards Sueste. The bus ride costs R$5 per person. Get off at the Acesso da Quixaba stop. From there, it's a short walk to Mirante VOR. Buses run every 30 minutes from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available on the island. A taxi ride from Vila dos Remedios to Mirante VOR will cost approximately R$30-R$50. The journey takes about 10-15 minutes. Nortax is the primary taxi company.
Buggy
Renting a buggy is a popular way to explore the island. Buggy rentals cost around R$290-R$400 per day. From Vila dos Remedios, follow the main road towards Praia do Sueste. Mirante VOR will be on your way. Parking is available near the viewpoint.
