From Vila dos Remedios, the main town, take the Porto/Sueste line bus towards Sueste. The bus ride costs R$5 per person. Get off at the Acesso da Quixaba stop. From there, it's a short walk to Mirante VOR. Buses run every 30 minutes from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
