Walking/Swimming
From Vila dos Remédios, take the main road towards the northeast end of the island. Continue past Praia do Cachorro and Praia do Meio towards Ponta da Air France. From Ponta da Air France, you can see Morro São José. Depending on the tide, you can either walk or swim to the island. Note that access to Morro São José requires pre-booking and may require a certified guide. The National Marine Park ticket is mandatory. Costs: * National Marine Park Ticket: R$358 for foreigners (valid for 10 days) * Local guide (if required): Prices vary
Public Transport
Take the bus from Vila dos Remédios towards Sueste. Get off at the stop closest to Ponta da Air France. From there, follow the walking/swimming guidance to reach Morro São José.
