Public Transport
From Vila dos Remedios, the main hub, take the bus towards Praia do Atalaia. Check the bus schedule in advance as it operates on a limited schedule. The bus ride takes approximately 20-30 minutes. From the bus stop, follow the signs to the beach, which is a short walk away. The bus fare is a small fee, typically a few Brazilian Reais.

Walking
If you are near Praia do Cachorro, you can walk to Praia do Atalaia along the coastal path. The walk takes about 30 minutes and offers scenic views of the coastline. Wear comfortable shoes as some parts of the path may be rocky.

Car
From Vila dos Remedios, head south on Rua do Fogo towards Rua da Praia. Continue straight until you reach a fork, then take the left fork onto BR-363. Follow this road for about 15 minutes until you reach the parking area for Praia do Atalaia. Parking fees may apply, so have some cash handy. Note that an environmental preservation fee is required to visit the island.
