The redesign includes industrial flooring, updated lighting, tactile paving, landscaping, and urban furniture, promoting a healthy and accessible environment. The promenade features practical additions such as bicycle racks, bollards, selective waste bins, flower boxes, and railings, encouraging responsible use of the space. The planting of native tree species like sibipiruna, yellow ipê, and purple ipê, along with ornamental shrubs, adds to the Largo's appeal. Two guardhouses for the Municipal Guard were also constructed, along with twelve parking spaces designated for the Fortaleza City Hall.
